I was out in the rain a lot last week. I do not like cold rain, but kept telling myself we might not have to have a "pizza walk" after all. Sorry you have to work on Friday. I hope to join you on Sunday, but won't know for sure until the time gets closer.

I'm still interested ... even if it's cold and rainy. Anyone else?

I don't have the appropriate wear for cold, wet weather. So I won't be going if there is still an expectation of rain or snow. I can handle the cold temps, but not the wet weather when it is cold. I will have to monitor the forecast on Saturday and decide then.

Gene

I guess I know what to expect from the weather. What do you know about water levels?

Is the trip a go? If so, what are the particulars?

Wally, I don't think Gene watches this message board all of the time, even for the trips he leads. You'll probably need to call him on the phone to find out what is going on with the Pizza Paddle. I paddled with Lenore Sobota Friday and she said that the plans for the Pizza Paddle were still changing the last she knew and that she was not sure what they were going to do. She said they might paddle Saturday or Sunday and maybe on a local lake.

Sorry I don't know any more than that. I would have liked to have done the Pizza Paddle, but Friday worked a lot better for my schedule and the weather was much nicer than Saturday or Sunday is predicted to be, so I never contacted Gene to find out what the plans were.

Hope it all works out and that everyone has a great time on the water!
